Job requirements required in the systems engineering field:

• At least 1 year of experience working as end user support in the IT area
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems

• Knowledge of virtualization systems based on VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of UTM security systems, encrypted connections via VPN and Remote Desktop Service
• Knowledge of networking systems
• Knowledge of mail traffic protection systems using anti-spam and antivirus

• Knowledge of data encryption systems for the security of sensitive data
• Knowledge of directory service systems
• Knowledge of VOIP communication systems
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
• Knowledge of backup systems (Veeam)

• Ability to install and configure new hardware, software and operating system technologies
• Ability to manage incidents and user requests according to defined processes and SLAs
• Knowledge of procedures for reinstalling and updating clients on computers
• Project participation and management of cluster projects and implementation of global projects
• Basic IT training for multiple users.

• Configuring and managing mobile devices

Personal requirements

Good knowledge of written and oral English is required. The candidate must possess problem solving, analytical and proactive skills.
The person concerned must have relational and communication skills. An aptitude for team work is required, with customer orientation.
